We also offer non-musical programming, including photo activations, keynote speakers, magicians, comedians, connoisseurs, and more. We manage all entertainment logistics from initial planning through final execution, handling contracts and ensuring full liability insurance compliance. Billing is simple and seamless, with all charges processed directly through your master account.

MEET BROADMOOR ENTERTAINMENT
BAYLEE HOADLEY
Director of Music and Entertainment, The Broadmoor
Baylee Hoadley is a Colorado based musician and entertainment professional with extensive experience in live performance and event programming. She holds a Bachelor of Innovation degree in Music Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and completed internships with the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region and the Fine Arts Center, supporting arts and cultural initiatives in Colorado Springs.
Baylee began working with Broadmoor Entertainment in 2017, assisting with the Broadmoor Holiday Shows and becoming more involved in events. During this time, she also served as General Manager of a music performance school from 2020 to 2023, coordinating programs for 250 students and producing regular concerts as a core part of the school’s operations. From 2023 through 2025, she transitioned into a full time role as Broadmoor Entertainment Director of Operations under the direction of former Director of Entertainment, Ken Miller.
As a performer, Baylee is a pianist with over 20 years of experience and a classically trained vocalist. She is a composer and recording artist who has released multiple professionally produced projects and continues to perform extensively throughout Colorado, with a background in ensemble leadership, artist branding, and other creative projects.
BELA TANNER
Broadmoor Entertainment Operations Coordinator
Bela Tanner (Chambers) is a Navy veteran and communications professional with a strong background in photography, videography, journalism, social media, and event coordination. Known for her leadership, creativity, and ability to perform under pressure, Bela brings a strategic and hands-on approach to delivering high-impact content and managing complex projects.
She served in the U.S. Navy as a Mass Communications Specialist from 2019 to 2024, where she developed and executed marketing and communication strategies across multiple platforms. During her service, she supervised teams of up to ten personnel, produced news broadcasts, conducted interviews, wrote factual news stories, and contributed to daily and weekly publications aboard the USS Harry S. Truman. Her work also included photography, video production, graphic design, aerial footage capture, and managing production equipment to support promotional and informational campaigns.
Following her military service, Bela transitioned into civilian event coordination as an Operations Coordinator with Broadmoor Entertainment, where she manages entertainer logistics, contracts, transportation, and on-site operations. She works closely with artists, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and consistently positive guest experiences.
Bela is skilled in Adobe software, graphic design, marketing communication, and content creation, with a strong emphasis on organization, time management, and team leadership. She is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish and French. She graduated with honors from Manitou Springs High School while concurrently attending the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and completed formal training at the Defense Information School in Mass Communications.
